Wonton Wrappers

1 Egg

½ cup Water

2 Cups Plain Flour

Pinch Salt

 

Mix Beaten Egg with Water in a large Mixing Bowl

 

Combine Flour & salt

 

Make a well in the flour mix & start to incorporate the egg mix

Until a dough is formed

 

Knead the dough on a flour bench till it is elastic like playdough & divide to 2 smaller balls

 

Keep the second wrapped in cling wrap till needed

 

Cut this ball into 4 pieces a roll out each to around 20cm square

 

Cut this then to size & shape you want for your Wrappers

 

Repeat with other Ball or wrap well & put it in an air tight container in the freezer for next time
