MMMM...Homemade Pasta there is nothing quite as good ..light & scrumptious

once you try homemade pasta you will never go back!!!!

My husband won't let me but pasta anymore so watch out !!! Its the number one crowd pleaser at my place !!!!

2 Cups Plain Flour

1 Egg

1 tlbspn olive oil

100ml of warm water

Make a well in Flour …

Crack in egg & oil into centre & little by little push together with a fork until It starts to come together …

Then pour small amounts of your water in… mixing it with the dough…

Once you have used all the water...the dough should be starting to come together…

If it is too wet simply add more Flour if too dry a little more warm water…till you get a nice dough consistency

Spread a little flour on your workspace & kneed the flour

( this is where the muscles come in )

When it feels like play dough (cause that’s what it is) & not floury as it started out you know it is ready to roll but be prepared it could take a good few minutes of punching exercise but it’s worth it….

I use a wire coat Hanger to hang my pasta over to dry a little

Bring the water to the boil place in your pasta bring it back to the boil & NEVER cook for longer than 7minutes

If you do this you can't go wrong ;-)
