1.5 Cups of Flour

.5 Warm Water

4tlbp olive oil

Pinch salt

 

Add together flour olive oil & salt then adding as much water

it takes to make a soft dough

 

Knead for approx 10 min if it feels sticky just put some flour on your hands to help

 

Wrap  the dough in plastic wrap & let it settle for an hour

 divide into about 5 Balls

on a lightly floured board shape into approx 15cm quare (don't forget to cover balls not being used

 

Dust the top with flour gently rolling on to rolling pin lift and dust again beneath replace the square

roll out again till you get a 18cm square

Gently with the back of your hand stretch out the dough then place on top of waxed paper 

Repeat the process with remaining balls
