Mini Sausage Tarts

Phyllo pastry

1/2 kg favourite sausage ( ie mexican)

1/2 capsicum

1/2 onion 

1 tsp mixed herbs

1tsp crushed chilli

1egg

olive oil

1tlbn Mozarella cheese

 

Place phyllo into mini tart tin and trim

 

combined the rest of ingredients except cheese

in a food processor & combine

 

spoon into tart tin

 

Top with mozarella combined with a little extra

minced capsicum & basill

 

Cook for 10-12 min in a 350 degree oven
