GOZLEME

 2 cups plain flour

1 tsp fine salt

1 1/2 cups natural yoghurt or( ¾ water & 1/3 cup olive oil)

 

Place all ingredients into your food processor

(If using yogurt mix slowly to combine)

 

Mix till dough comes together 

 

Roll out & Knead for approx 5min till itsmooth like pasta dough

 

Cover Dough & let it rest for approx 30min

 

Meanwhile make the filling you would like to go inside (my favourite is cheese & spinach )

 

When dough has finished resting divide into 6 & roll each one out to a large thin as possible circle

 

Fill half the gozleme with your chosen filling & flip the other half over to cover like you would with a Questadilla

 

Cook on both sides till cooked through
