Try filling Balloons with confietti before you blow them up

 

Make some flower balloons to hang

just pick two colour balloons 2 of one colour & 4 of another

inflate them all to equal sizes tie each set together & then simply twist together & hang 

 

Use pictures of the family to make a collage or if you have a laminator you can make coasters some places like Officeworks will do this for you

 

Get creative with your Happy Birthday Garland cut out shapes of coloured card etc

 

Make full use of streamers they're fun

 

Put different coloured tape around ordinary plastic cups to make them special
