Caesar Salad Dressing

 3 egg Yolks

2tsp Verjuice

2tsp Dijon mustard 

200ml  Cannola oil

1tbsp Worcestershire (or Relish)

 

Mix Yolks , Verjuice , & mustard in a blender till creamy

 

Keep blender on and add the oil slowly or if whisking keep whisking while adding oil

till you get the desired consistency.

 

Simply add Mustard or Worcheshire Sauce

 

Speedy Version

 

2tlbsp Mayonaise

1tlbsp red wine vinegar

1.5 tsp mustard

1tlbspn Relish

 

Mix together & serve
