          Balsamic Glaze

 

125ml Balsamic Vinegar

125ml Marsarla

1/2 tsp og Garlic Paste

1 roasted Red pepper

1/2 cup Brown sugar

2tlbspn Verjuice 

 

 

   Simply mix it all together & cook your steak to

your liking brushing on the glaze at each turn

 

      No need to sear your steaks to keep in the juice the glaze does it for you
