 3 egg Yolks

2tsp Verjuice

2tsp Dijon mustard 

200ml  Cannola oil

Roasted Garlic to taste

 

Mix Yolks , Verjuice , & mustard in a blender till creamy

 

Keep blender on and add the oil slowly or if whisking keep whisking while adding oil

till you get the desired consistency.

 

When this is achieved simply add

Roasted Garlic to taste
